Laughter brings joy, happiness and good health to you. It feels good, it lowers your stress level, decreases pain, relaxes your muscles, releases endorphins, boosts your immune system, and improves blood flow which lowers your blood pressure and reduces heart disease. The greatest of Life's Pleasures is Good Health.
If you're not happy for some reason just fake it. Put a fake smile on your face and if someone asks "How are you?" just say, "Great!" Do this all the time and the law of attraction will take place and happiness will attract to you and you will be happy.




Here's an ancient Chinese remedy over 5,000 years old. Every morning when you wake up mix a glass of warm water with 1 teaspoon raw honey and 1 tablespoon fresh lemon or lime juice and drink on an empty stomach for sickness, weight loss, to regulate you and it make you feel good. I use it every day.
